A website redesign for a physiotherapy clinic specializing in rehabilitation fitness, with a focus on updating user flow and promoting their services. Collaborating closely with the client, the goal was to create a modern and visually appealing website that effectively communicates the clinic’s offerings, team members, and key information to clients. Key objectives included brand integration, content enhancement, and optimization for user engagement and accessibility.

Key Roles

• Integrated logo colours and brand themes throughout the site across elements such as cards, sections, and custom background accents.
  
  
• Sourced photos and reviewed with the client to ensure they reflected authenticity and aligned with branding.
  
  
• Designed a dedicated team page featuring the physiotherapists key information and image. Helping visitors connect with their potential therapist, creating a warmer connection before their first visit.

Challenges

• Given the nature of the business, many visitors had questions regarding insurance coverage for physiotherapy services. Providing clear and concise information, a FAQ page, and multiple contact channels was essential to support client understanding, and address concerns effectively.
